Coctail Alfonso

Ingredients : 1 sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters;30 ml (1 oz) Dubonnet Rouge;150 ml (5 oz) chilled champagne;1 lemon twist, as garnish

Instructions : Pour the Dubonnet and the champagne over the bitters-soaked sugar cube in a chilled champagne glass. Add the garnish.
