Coctail Aviator

Ingredients : 45 ml (1.5 oz) Van Gogh gin;7.5 ml (.25 oz) Luxardo maraschino liqueur;3 dashes orange bitters;30 ml (1 oz) fresh lemon juice;15 ml (.5 oz) simple syrup;15 ml (.5 oz) Marie Brizard creme de cassis;1 flamed orange twist, for garnish

Instructions : Shake and strain everything except for the cassis into a chilled cocktail glass. Pour the creme de cassis down the side of the glass so that it settles at the bottom. Add the garnish.
