Coctail AWOL

Ingredients : 20 ml (.75 oz) melon liqueur;20 ml (.75 oz) chilled pineapple juice;20 ml (.75 oz) vodka;20 ml (.75 oz) 151-proof rum

Instructions : Pour in the order given into a pousse cafe glass, pouring the second, third, and fourth ingredients over the back of a spoon so that they rest on top of the ingredient below them. Flame the rum for a few seconds, then extinguish the flame. Make sure that the rim of the glass is cool enough before drinking.
