Coctail Pearl

Ingredients : 45 ml (1.5 oz) Plymouth Gin;20 ml (.75 oz) Aperol;15 ml (.5 oz) Lillet Blanc;60 ml (2 oz) Prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine);1 drop lemon oil

Instructions : Stir the gin, Aperol, and Lillet over ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Add the Prosecco and lemon oil and stir briefly.
