Coctail Beauchamp Cocktail

Ingredients : 2 slices peeled kiwi fruit;30 ml (1 oz) B & B;75 ml (2.5 oz) Bombay Sapphire gin;7.5 ml (.25 oz) fresh lemon juice;7.5 ml (.25 oz) simple syrup;1 lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions : Muddle the kiwis with the B & B, add ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
