Coctail Barcelona

Ingredients : 20 ml (.75 oz) Spanish brandy;20 ml (.75 oz) Dry Sack sherry;20 ml (.75 oz) fresh orange juice;20 ml (.75 oz) heavy cream;30 ml (1 oz) simple syrup;1 splash Cointreau;ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions : Blend everything except for the Cointreau with a little ice, and pour into a chilled sherry copita glass. Float the Cointreau, and garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon.
