Coctail Bonnie Ginger

Ingredients : 15 ml (.5 oz) Velvet Falernum;1 small piece of fresh ginger;60 ml (2 oz) single malt scotch;1 lemon wedge, for garnish

Instructions : In an old-fashioned glass, gently muddle together the fresh ginger and the falernum. Add ice and the scotch, and stir briefly. Squeeze the lemon wedge into the drink to release the juice, and drop the wedge into the glass. Stir again, and serve.
