Coctail Zombie

Ingredients : 30 ml (1 oz) dark rum;45 ml (1.5 oz) anejo rum;45 ml (1.5 oz) light rum;20 ml (.75 oz) applejack;20 ml (.75 oz) papaya nectar;20 ml (.75 oz) pineapple juice;30 ml (1 oz) fresh lime juice;15 ml (.5 oz) simple syrup;15 ml (.5 oz) 151-proof rum;1 maraschino cherry, for garnish;1 fresh pineapple spear, for garnish;1 mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions : Shake all the ingredients except for the 151-proof rum, and strain into an ice-filled zombie glass. Float the 151-proof rum, and add the garnishes.
