Coctail 3 Gs

Ingredients : 4 slices of peeled fresh ginger;45 ml (1.5 oz) Oronoco rum;15 ml (.5 oz) fresh lemon juice;15 ml (.5 oz) fresh orange juice;22.5 ml (.75 oz) ginger syrup*;Ginger beer

Instructions : In a mixing glass muddle 3 slices of the ginger in the rum. Add ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake and double-strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with a little ginger beer, and stir briefly. Add the mint sprig and the remaining slice of ginger, as garnish.
