Coctail Canary Flip

Ingredients : 30 ml (1 oz) Yellow Chartreuse;30 ml (1 oz) Courvoisier V.S. cognac;15 ml (.5 oz) simple syrup;3 dashes Fernet Branca;1 whole egg;1 lemon twist, as garnish;1 pistachio biscotti

Instructions : Shake all the ingredients without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg. Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled sherry copita glass. Add the lemon twist garnish to the glass, and serve the biscotti on the side.
