Coctail Single Malt Sangaree

Ingredients : 30 ml (1 oz) Dubonnet Rouge;60 ml (2 oz) Paumanok Cabernet Franc;30 ml (1 oz) Oban 14-year-old single malt scotch (another highland malt or a blended scotch can be substituted);22.5 ml (.75 oz) Grand Marnier;1 teaspoon of sugar in the raw;1 orange twist, for garnish;1 6-inch cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions : Add all the ingredients to a nonreactive saucepan over a medium heat, and stir frequently until the mixture is almost boiling. Pour into a heat-proof mug and add the garnishes.
