Coctail Chandon Brut Mojito

Ingredients : 15 ml (.5 oz) simple syrup;15 ml (.5 oz) fresh lime juice;7-10 mint leaves;30 ml (1 oz) 10 Cane rum;60 ml (2 oz) Chandon Brut Classic;1 mint sprig, as garnish

Instructions : Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup and the lime juice in a mixing glass. Add ice, and the rum, shake for 15 to 20 seconds, and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with the Chandon Brut Classic, stir briefly, and add the garnish.
