Coctail Applejack Julep

Ingredients : 3 lime wedges;6 fresh mint leaves;2 teaspoons granulated sugar;45 ml (1.5 oz) Laird’s Applejack;chilled champagne;1 sprig of mint, for garnish

Instructions : Muddle the lime wedges, mint leaves, and sugar in a mixing glass. Add ice, and the applejack. Stir over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with champagne, and add the garnish.
