Coctail Country Cocktail

Ingredients : 45 ml (1.5 oz) Tanqueray Gin;15 ml (.5 oz) Velvet Falernum;15 ml (.5 oz) simple syrup;20 ml (.75 oz) fresh lime juice;15 ml (.5 oz) Berentzen’s Apfelkorn;1 wide slice English cucumber skin, for garnish;1 thin wheel of English cucumber, for garnish;Kosher salt mixed with dry thyme.

Instructions : Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with the salt/thyme mixture. Add the garnishes.
