Coctail Arawak Cocktail

Ingredients : 60 ml (2 oz) bourbon;15 ml (.5 oz) dry vermouth;7.5 ml (.25 oz) pineapple juice;1 dash tamarind juice;2 dashes Angostura bitters;1 pineapple cube, for garnish

Instructions : Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
