Ingredients : 30 ml (1 oz) dark rum;30 ml (1 oz) [yellow tail] Shiraz Cabernet;30 ml (1 oz) fresh lime juice;Splash of dark agave nectar;2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters;ginger beer;1 lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions : Shake everything except the ginger beer over ice and strain into an ice-filled collins. Top with a splash of ginger beer, and add the garnish.
