Coctail Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients : 1 teaspoon honey;1 whole clove;120 ml (4 oz) hot water or hot apple cider;60 ml (2 oz) dark rum or spiced rum;1/2 teaspoon unsalted butter;ground cinnamon to taste;1 cinnamon stick, about 4 inches long

Instructions : Place the honey, clove, and hot water or apple cider into an Irish Coffee cup, and stir well to dissolve the honey completely. Add the rum, butter, and ground cinnamon. Stir briefly with the cinnamon stick, and serve with the cinnamon stick in the glass.
