Coctail French Pearl

Ingredients : 1 sprig of fresh mint;7.5 ml (.25 oz) Pernod (not absinthe);25 ml (.75 oz) simple syrup;25 ml (.75 oz) fresh lime juice;60 ml (2 oz) Plymouth gin

Instructions : In an empty mixing glass muddle the mint with the Pernod, simple syrup, lime juice, and the gin. Add ice, shake, and double strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass. (The opacity of the drink is the pearl)
