Coctail Spanish Rose

Ingredients : 1 rosemary sprig;20 ml (.75 oz) fresh lemon juice;45 ml (1.5 oz) Plymouth gin;20 ml (.75 oz) Licor 43;15 ml (.5 oz) cranberry juice

Instructions : Strip the leaves from the bottom half of the rosemary sprig and place in them in a mixing glass. Add the lemon juice and muddle well. Add ice, the gin, and the Licor 43; shake for approximately 15 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled wine goblet, place the remaining rosemary stem in the glass. Top with the cranberry juice, and garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig.
