Coctail Chivas Ruby Royal Martini Revisited

Ingredients : 45 ml (1.5 oz) Chivas Regal;15 ml (.5 oz) Sandeman’s ruby port;15 ml (.5 oz) blackberry brandy;2 dashes Angostura bitters;GH Mumm Champagne;1 lemon twist, as garnish

Instructions : Stir the Chivas, port, blackberry brandy, and the bitters over ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with the champagne and add the garnish.
