Coctail Hop-Scotch

Ingredients : Yellow Chartreuse, to rinse the glass;45 ml (1.5 oz) Balvenie Doublewood single malt scotch;1 barspoon simple syrup;2 dashes Peychauds bitters;1 lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions : Rinse a chilled champagne flute with the Chartreuse and discard the excess. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and strain into the prepared glass. Add the garnish.
