Coctail Pisco Sour

Ingredients : 60 ml (2 oz) pisco brandy;30 ml (1 oz) fresh lemon juice;15 ml (.5 oz) simple syrup;1 raw egg white, from a small egg;2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters, as an aromatic garnish

Instructions : Shake over ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Dash the bitters on top.
