Coctail Chandon Sparkling Poire

Ingredients : 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger;1 shiso leaf;1 basil leaf;30 ml (1 oz) Pear Williams eau-de-vie;zest from 1/2 lime;15 ml (.5 oz) fresh lime juice;45 ml (1.5 oz) cucumber simple syrup;90 ml (3 oz) Domaine Chandon Reserve Pinot Noir Brut

Instructions : Muddle the shiso, ginger and basil in a mixing glass. Add ice, the pear brandy, cucumber syrup, lime zest and juice. Shake for 15 to 20 seconds, strain into a chilled champagn flute, and add the Domaine Chandon Reserve Pinot Noir Brut.
